Summary0000790: [AOSP] During download via USB FW, TV Screen is an abnormal.
Description
Hi jacky

we receive an issue from SKB QA team.
when try to upload it via usb, TV Screen is an abnormal.

so please see an enclosed file.
a log is related to image1.

1. About the abnormal_scrreen1.jpg image , is the screen output of Eagle BOX at the bottom right of LG TV?
2. I also can not reproduce SKB QA report issue in my side.

hi Jerry.

yes. it is for eagle box. LG tv is shown for seeing four screen.
I'm not sure it is related to a current issue.
now SKB QA don't using a divided screen during downloading FW.
According to second MP4, it still happen a similar issue.
As I talked it before, we also happen same issue. so please leave your comment about a log (UHD4 업데이트 3차.zip)

1. Did you remove and reconnect HDMI during the upgrade ?
2. Please let us know your upgrade version ? Which version did you update from which version?

1. as talked to you, it happen in SKB QA. So they didn't have done as like your talking.
2. v13. it is update from v12 to v13. you think it is related to FW version.?

i had read the log. But i do not seen any reason why the screen output is not correct.
I can not find that the Eagle box enter recovery mode.
Does the fw download in recovery mode ?

as I understand, SKB QA team only download in normal mode.
Normal mode mean is update FW via USB without any command. Is it right?

Hi jason,
When you find the screen issue in LG tv , please use the following commands to get log.
I need to check kernel or recovery message in /cache/recovery.
Please use userdebug image to get log.

--> adb connect $DUT_IP
--> adb root
--> adb connect $DUT_IP
--> adb pull /cache/recovery recovery
